Hi,

I have noticed that in the "assigned to" drop-down, by default all super users and administrators are included. Is there a way to amend this so that super users and administrators are excluded?

The reasoning behind this is that most of the super users and admins are not part of our support team so it is unnecessary for them to be in the assigned to this list.

Hello,

I'm sorry but that's not possible.
Such list is built using component permissions, this means that any user that has "manager" permissions is included inside that.
