This is not a bug in our software. In fact, it's not even coming from our software. It's someone else's software that's breaking core Joomla! functionality. When core Joomla! no longer works then it's only reasonable that our software does not work. Why this is not our fault is obvious and self-evident.
All we tell you is that you should NOT be using that third party software which breaks your site. We have already done that.
Per our Terms of Service, "Support policy" your issue falls under the category "The root cause lies with third party software (such as extensions, plugins and scripts) which alter the behaviour of core APIs of your environment in a fundamental way or a way that's beyond reasonable expectations.". We say the following for this kind of issues:
In these cases we will try to identify your issue within reason and explain what we believe the problem is and how to seek a solution for it. Please note that when the problem does not originate from our code we cannot provide or apply a technical solution ourselves; your cooperation is necessary in these cases and lack of it will result in us denying further support on this issue.
