I would like:
1 - Make disappear the button "Select a user"
Same as mootools enabled or disabled
2 - Make the "Start" button disappear
Same as mootools enabled or disabled
3 - Make disappear one of the 2 buttons "Send your ticket"
1 button only if mootool activated.

Hello Teophile,

Once again, you have a JavaScript error in your page which is unrelated to our software for the same reasons we explained last time. Again, the error comes from Joomla's core Javascript, namely the tooltips feature. Of course this is impossible in core Joomla -- Joomla! does not ship broken. This means that you have installed a plugin which breaks core Joomla! functionality. This causes JavaScript on the page to stop working. As we have explained to you already, since JavaScript no longer runs on the page you get several broken things on it, including the double display of the button.

This is not a bug in our software. In fact, it's not even coming from our software. It's someone else's software that's breaking core Joomla! functionality. When core Joomla! no longer works then it's only reasonable that our software does not work. Why this is not our fault is obvious and self-evident.

All we tell you is that you should NOT be using that third party software which breaks your site. We have already done that.

Per our Terms of Service, "Support policy" your issue falls under the category "The root cause lies with third party software (such as extensions, plugins and scripts) which alter the behaviour of core APIs of your environment in a fundamental way or a way that's beyond reasonable expectations.". We say the following for this kind of issues:
In these cases we will try to identify your issue within reason and explain what we believe the problem is and how to seek a solution for it. Please note that when the problem does not originate from our code we cannot provide or apply a technical solution ourselves; your cooperation is necessary in these cases and lack of it will result in us denying further support on this issue.

We have already sufficiently explained the root cause and how to deal with it. Therefore this issue will be closed and any further tickets about the same issue will be closed without a reply. Thank you and good luck.
