#31382 – Error in closed ticket in the administration part

I installed Akeeba Tickets the free version a couple of weeks ago, to test it, it convinced me and I subscribed to the PRO version.
The installation was correct.

Primero pedir disculpas por ingles, pero solo hablo español, mi ingles es gracias google traductor y no se si será correcto.
Yo instale Akeeba Tickets la version gratuita hace un par de semana, para probarla, me convenció y me subcripbi a la version PRO.
La instalo fue correcto.
El problema surgio cuando quise ver un ticket que estaba cerrado.
Me dio este error.

You have enabled too many plugins :) Please disable the Akeeba Ticket System - Akeeba Subscription plugins. These are only needed if you are using Akeeba Subscriptions, a product we discontinued since 2013. The plugins are there for the very few users who are still using that legacy product. If that product is not present on your site but the plugin is enabled it will cause the error you mentioned to appear.
