Me da 20 horas un usuario con las fechas de inicio: 2019/05/01 a 2019/05/31
Le cambio fecha inicio por 2019/05/31 y pulso en cargar grafico y no me cambia.

y manda fecha.. pero responde el mismo tiempo.

In the Time tab used by users
It gives me 20 hours a user with the start dates: 2019/05/01 to 2019/05/31
I change the start date for 2019/05/31 and click on load graph and it does not change me.

We use this feature internally and I can tell you that it does work. I am not sure, however, what you typed in the From and To dates.

If you use the same date as From and To it should reply "No records found". You would be asking it for time spent by support staff in a time span of 0 seconds. By definition, there cannot be any posts in that non-existent time period.

Era la configuración de joomla ,el cache.
Si pongo la configuración cache convencional , deja de funcionar.
Adjunto configuración de cache en joomla que no funciona. :-)

Can you please install this development release on top of your existing Akeeba Ticket System installation? It should fix the issue you are experiencing.

Please do NOT uninstall Akeeba Ticket System before doing that. If you uninstall Akeeba Ticket System you will lose all your existing tickets.
