#31673 – System Not sending emails

This is a public ticket. Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

I have the new post plugin enabled and still don't see the ticket info emailed me. Also, there are no notifications of updates to posts.

I get other emails from the website from other components just not the Ticketing system.

Can you point me in some other direction to look at to fix the problem?

Hello,

I already saw it happening before. Outgoing emails were blocked by the spam filter, so you'll never receive them.
What you can try is to edit email templates and see what's the reason for the block.
I'd suggest you to remove any formatting from the email template, then start adding them one by one. Then you should understand what's triggering the issue.
