Hello,

Is there any way to reset the ticket numbers so that the first one created by the customer would be #1 ?

have seen in an other thread that I can change to a number I want (ie. 1000) but what about resetting it ?

I have deleted all the test tickets in the back-end

Thanks in advance for your help and advise,
WBR,

You can run the following command in phpMyAdmin:
TRUNCATE TABLE #__ats_tickets
Remember to replace #__ with the actual prefix of your site's tables.
