Hello, first i have to say GREAT tool the akeeba!!!

I installed it for severall joomla installations, and it works great. All Linux.
No i am fighting with a windows server.
webservices are on.
latest akeeba component installed
latest remote control installed.
i cannot connect from the remote control to my server.
if i put http://www.mysite.com/xmlrpc/index.php
i get this response"
PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class JConfig in E:\mysite.com\wwwroot\GvzQk720t8TwRqeg25ag29dg9BRz1wBKjaUSjmfCDI9Inje1casNIASzYEcGwLX.php on line 2

i have no idea what to do with this??

You either use a third party security extension which tries to do some fancy hacks by renaming configuration.php, or your site is hacked. That file name (GvzQk720t8TwRqeg25ag29dg9BRz1wBKjaUSjmfCDI9Inje1casNIASzYEcGwLX.php) is definitely something that doesn't belong to a normal Joomla! installation.

It is the first one.
already went back to a normal config.php
done some tweaking, found other errors.
But now used the sitename with the xmlrpc/index.php an without the http://

I works now :D

next step is to get it working with my encrypted confi.php again.

Maybe a idea for the remote. Copy sites. So one can copy a site, to use a other backup profile. in stead of typing everything again.I know LAZY :P
