I have working the kinks out of my joomla website and have ran accross this error in my server logs:

XML-RPC: xmlrpc_server::service: http headers already sent before response is fully generated. Check for php warning or error messages

The backup has a tendancy to have XML-RPC socket error, some of the time. I have attached the Logfiles from JoomlaPack Remote.

This means that there is a PHP Notice generated in some point during the backup which causes this warning message to appear in your logs. This may happen, it's not pretty (that's why I am always fixing this kind of notices in newer JoomlaPack releases) but they do not cause any problems with your backup either.

Since we can never be too safe, you could try restoring one of the backups on a local testing server. If it works correctly, there is nothing you should be really worried about.
