I bought Akeeba support tickets but cannot open a ticket for Akeeba subscriptions, which is the product I am using. I paid 40 Euros for support. How do I get support for Akeeba subscription or a refund?

Thank you,
Dora

Dora,

You purchased a subscription to the Akeeba Ticket System. That is the support system that we use here on the site. Akeeba Subscriptions is a different product.

The status of Subscriptions changed in November 2013 and support subscriptions are no longer available. Support is only provided to customers who purchased the product prior to that time. All support will end in June 2014. You can read more about it in this article: https://www.akeebabackup.com/home/news/1534-the-future-of-akeebasubs.html.
