I'm getting redirected in loops when I try to pay through PayPal using a credit card on file there. Is this method usable?

Is there a way to renew two subscriptions at once?

Hello Dan,

Please try using a different browser or, better yet, try a different computer. Ideally, you should try from a computer which uses a different antivirus / Internet security software than the one you're currently using. Unfortunately we can't do anything more for this issue as it's outside our control: it's something happening between the company which processes payments for us (2Checkout) and PayPal.

Regarding your other question, you can let your subscriptions expire and purchase an Essentials subscription. It's cheaper and contains both of the products you're using (Admin Tools and Akeeba Backup). In order to get the 30% renewal discount please use the coupon code WELCOMEBACK30 Do note that purchasing an Essentials subscription will lose you the subscription time between the date of payment and the day your previous subscription expire.
