I bought the update Akeeba Backup Pro. I bought this version for the system backups suggested me to upgrade my system. When you buy the new version and try installing Joomla 2.5.20 not let me install the new version as it is not supported. (my apache web server is 5.3).
I want my money back because I can not use. Thank you very much for your attention I await your response.

actually during this weekend we have just planned to extend support to Joomla 2.5, too.
If you want I can give you a refund or you can wait for two weeks until Akeeba Backup 4.5.0 is released (which will support Joomla 2.5).
If you agree to stay with us, I can extend your subscription for a month.
