 I'm trying to submit a support ticket for site restoration, but I keep getting a 403 error. I have a site that is backed up and i can't restore it. I've read tickets and docs, but I can't make a new backup as suggested because the site crashed.

Here is the application error:

You seem to be missing some files. Here's what to do:

  • Start Kickstart on your site
  • When you see the "Run the Installation" button DO NOT click on it yet and do not close the window.
  • Download the attached angie-joomla.zip file.
  • Extract it on your computer.
  • Upload all extracted files into the installation directory on your site.
  • Now go back to your browser, click on the Run the Installation button and proceed with the restoration normally.

PS: Sorry for the late reply. Your ticket came minutes after I had logged off for the day. Due to its nature (someone had to read and understand the error trace) I was the only one who could answer it.
