 I cannot renew. The full name is not accepted and I cannot change my company name. In the past I use the wrong company. It has to be Le Dada Goois Telecom Center B.V. The VAT is the correct one.
What I have to do? I want to pay with PayPal. See screenshot

The full name must be your name, not the company name.

Further below set register as business to yes and then you'll see the fields to enter your company name, company activity and VAT number.

I change my name and my company name and after I push on Subscribe now all the old names are coming back and I can do it again and again. So tell me what to do.

When you press Subscribe Now you are taken to the payment page unless something is not filled in. Do you get an error when doing that?

I tried different names and by one it works i go to payment page by others i stay on that page because your system said this info is not good. Combination of surname or not. With only the backname it did not work It is a strange way of paying. I dont remember what I filled in years ago. Why the wrong names appear i dont know. In my profile is no company name. Why i could not change that?

Any way I renewed and i am ready but it cost a lot off effort. That can much better. Positive critic☺

The invoice is ok.

The "Name" field is meant to be the contact name. In other words it expects a full name of a human following the most common western or asian conventions, i.e. at least one first and one last name separated by a space, in either order and in latin characters. That's an EU requirement. I cannot issue an invoice to "Chewbacca" but I can issue an invoice to "Chewbacca Wookie". You cannot use just your first or last name. The EU taxation laws consider this to be invalid for anti-money-laundering reasons. I could only receipts without a name printed on them if you made the transaction face to face. Again, let me stress that the European Union DOES NOT allow us to issue invoices against JUST a first OR a last name.

If you are a business you have to select the "Registering as a business" and enter your company information in the fields below that.

You CAN change the information on the subscription form. However, if you submit a form with errors (for example: putting just your last name in the name field) the form is reset to the previous user information. There are two schools of thought here. We can either keep your invalid data and let you submit the form all over again until you finally enter the correct information or we can assume that your browser auto-filled something invalid and revert to the old user data. We do the latter since browser auto-fill screwing up is the most common issue.

I'm sorry you had that experience but there's nothing we can do on our end. We are bound by the EU legislation as far as invoicing goes. If we let you enter invalid data in the form I will go to prison. In the grand scheme of things I'd much rather lose a client than go to prison :(
