Hi,

I am attempting to renew my subscription.

The paypal page associated with the link on your renewal email fails.

I can otherwise easily and normally log into paypal on a separate browser page.

Willapreciate assistance.

Regards,

Hello Nev,

Our renewal email does not have a link to PayPal. It sends you to the JoomlaDeluxe subscription page where you can purchase a renewal to your subscription (please make sure you are logged in!). On that page you have two different options to pay via PayPal: either choose the PayPal option; or use the 2Checkout option and when you get to 2Checkout's page select the PayPal payment option at the bottom of the page.

If you are still unable to access the PayPal payment page with either of these methods please clear all cookies of your browser for the paypal.com domain and its subdomains. PayPal has a notorious issue with the browser cookies it generates. Every few weeks to a few months (depending on how often you use PayPal) they seem to become corrupt and prevent you from paying online. It happens to me too with my personal account so I really do share your frustration.
