Hello there,
There is a problem with renewal with VAT Number in Invoicing Information.
My VAT Number is VIES Registered and i can see it in VIES VAT number validation at http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/?locale=el

But the field here https://www.akeebabackup.com/subscribe/new/atpro.html?layout=default says "VAT number is not VIES registered or the European Union VIES system is currently out of service."

May you help me to update my subscription, without VAT (because of VIES Member)?

Καλησπέρα Αβραάμ,

Κάνε ένα log out και ξανά log in στο site μας. Θα πρέπει τώρα να σου λέει πως το ΑΦΜ σου είναι έγκυρο.

Πιθανώς να χρειαστεί να αφαιρέσεις τον ΑΦΜ, να κάνεις κλικ κάπου αλλού στη σελίδα, να ξαναβάλεις τον ΑΦΜ και ξανά κλικ κάπου αλλού αν δεν στο βλέπει αμέσως.

Καλησπέρα Νικόλα,
Μόλις το δοκίμασα. Με άλλο browser, με clear cache, με νέα φόρμα, με απενεργοποιημένα όλα τα extensions αλλά το μήνυμα είναι το ίδιο.

Δοκίμασα με τον δικό μου browser και τον δικό σου ΑΦΜ και δουλεύει.

Κάνε ξανά log out / log in και ξαναπροσπάθησε. Βεβαιώσου πως έχει επιλέξει Greece στο πεδίο της χώρας πριν δώσεις τον ΑΦΜ. Πρέπει να κάνεις κλικ έξω από το πεδίο για να τρέξει το validation (θέλει γύρω στα 2-5 δευτερόλεπτα, ανάλογα τον χρόνο απόκρισης του server της ΕΕ).
