Dear Support,

Due to a payment problem with PayPal - I paid yesterday 2 times - after contacting paddle - the cancelled subscription (order #11152307) but still subscription (order #11152298 ) schould be active.

But when loggin in to my account at akeebabackup.com, I see under my account / subscription only order #11152307 cancelled and now I didn't get a download ID to release the installed application at my website

Please can you re-activate this for me?

PS I just sent also a message to paddle - I don't know if this is only the payment channel

Hello Peter,

You asked Paddle to cancel the last payment which is the one that you were actually subscribed with on our site. The earlier payment was not reported by Paddle to our site and we didn't know about it. As a result your subscription on our site was canceled.

I have manually re-enabled your subscription and assigned the correct payment to it.

Please message Paddle and ask them to NOT make any further changes to transaction 11152298-7924598.
