 Hi,

I am trying to restore website with "Restore" button function.
I made website back-up, then I updated Joomla version from 3.5.1 to 3.6.0 and now I need to restore previous version of website.
1. I select back-up which I want to restore
2. and select "Restore" button
3. Select Files extraction method: "Write directly to files"
4. Appear Restoring screen, but restoring process not happening. Attached image

Please advise,
Sandra

Thanks, SOHO Prospecting Team

Hello Sandra,

first of all, update Akeeba Backup to version 5.1.2
The version you are using has several known issues, I suspect one of them is the embedded restoration.
Please update Akeeba Backup and try again.
