I am attempting to restore a site to a new server and for the first time in over a hundred successful uses (many, many thank yous by the way) a site has failed the Preinstallation Check. The Database Support line is gray and it says "No" next to it. I have never seen this, nor do I know what it means and how to go about correcting the issue.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Hello,

it seems that your PHP version has no mysql (or any other database) module installed.
To confirm it, can you please copy the phpinfo output and attach it here?
