Marjoline
 Hello,

I am just trying to restore a new site from a development URL
http://www.art-alight.marjoline.com (site working fine, backed up from here)
to a to-be live URL
http://www.art-alight.com (site giving error message after restoration)

Everything went fine, following your restoration video, for which I thank you very much.
However, after completion the site would not open, giving the underlying error message, which I cannot understand.
Can you help? I am baffled.
Kind regards,
Marjoline

Hello,

what's your table prefix? Does it contain the single dash - char?

Yes, the prefix is a-a

That's your problem.
Most likely the extension developer is not quoting the table name, causing to break it when special chars (as the single dash) is used.
The best thing to do is to change your table prefix to something made of only letters and digits.

Ok, thanks Davide,
I'll give it a try with a name without dashes.
Thanks,
Cheers,
Marjoline
