 Hello

I have this error message during my restoration :

"Une erreur est survenue
L'envoi de administrator/components/com_akeeba/View/Alice/tmpl/default.php est impossible"

I do all indicated in the documentation to try to solve this (disk space... using "FTP"...temp dir "kiktemp"... chmod 777 on "kiktemp")

What can i do ?

Hello,

can you please try to set the following settings:
Minimum execution time: 5 seconds
Maximum execution time: 3 seconds

Yes, minimum is greater than maximum, that's not a typo. In this way the extraction process should be slower.

Does it successfully extract?
I suspect you could have some limits on the amount of files your process can create in a limited amount of time.
