In New Support Tickets there wasn't a category for LoginGuard, hence using pre-sales ! Sorry !
I installed LoginGuard and created an sms account and all was going ok until I clicked on the geo location update button. I then got this message: Error opening database file (/home/*******/public_html/plugins/system/akgeoip/lib/../db/GeoLite2-Country.mmdb). Is this a valid MaxMind DB file?
It then broke my site, so I uninstalled it.
I like the new akeeba web site BTW !

OK I downloaded and installed the latest version of GeoIP and all is well. I also changed my php version from 5.5 to 7.0 - not sure why that wasn't changed !!!! Please ignore this ticket !!!

OK, I tried updating the GeoIP in admintools 4.2.0 and got this error message: Error

PLG_SYSTEM_AKGEOIP_ERR_MAXMIND_GENERIC

I had to disablt the plugin on order for the front end of the site to work: www.joomwalker.co.uuk

I believe that either the download from MaxMind is broken or your server has a problem extracting it. You can follow the manual MaxMInd database update described in Admin Tools' documentation.
