Hello support,

Migration from UAT to live environment (new host) went successful and no errors, only 2 plugins (Ohanah and Infyways) are not working anymore (not functional or not displaying any data). I have checked .htaccess file for issues but could not find anything. Removal and reinstallation did not resolve the issue. Downgrading PHP 7 to 5.6 had no resolve either. Have checked the PHP and MySQL dependencies (due host change), but all was within minimum requirements.

What would be the correct strategy to see what the issue is?

Thanks in advance.

Removal and reinstallation did not resolve the issue.

Assuming that you mean that you uninstalled and installed again the offending plugins, this proves that the problem lies with the plugins, not the site transfer. The only thing that can be corrupt during transfer are files and database contents. By doing the uninstall/reinstall cycle you have removed and created afresh both the files and the database contents for these plugins. Therefore you have removed any suspicion of something being corrupt by the transfer process.

Is it possible that these plugins require some PHP modules which are not installed on the new host? Or could they be trying to access an external server but your new host has a firewall which prevents that communication from taking place? This is what I'd be looking at.
