Hello,

It's me again. Last time I got this message and you help me on the ticket below.
#28746: Got the extraction has failed message

This time, I receive the same message, but with the extension that I have. I don't know why the jquery file became a hidden file. Please give me suggestion, so I can prevent this in the future.

Could not open /var/www/html/modules/mod_k2_filter/assets/js/._jquery-ui.min.js for writing

Thank you,

M

Are you extracting over an existing site? Does the file already exist? If so, we may have a permissions problem and can't overwrite the existing file.

Do you have enough disk space and inodes on your hosting account? You could get a message like that if you were out of disk space or inodes.

Hi Dale,

1. Yes, I extract over an existing site.

2. Yes, the file is already exist. And yes, it was from the permission. My IT person just helped me to fix the permission and was able to restore the site in the admin area without any issue.

It's all good now.

Thank you so much for your prompt response.
