Hi
i try to extract a akeebabackup with kickstart.
An error occurred
AJAX Loading Error
HTTP Status: 500 (Internal Server Error)
Internal status: error
XHR ReadyState: 4
Raw server respons

I tried the workaround: set the minimum execution time to 7 seconds and the maximum to 10. If that still fails, try setting the minimum time to 7 seconds and the maximum to 3
with no efffect.

What should i try next.

Hello,

usually when this happens it means that the host is blocking our requests because it's too large.
This means that the your only option is to extract the archive locally using Kickstart on a local webserver and then upload all the files using an FTP client.
Then you can visit yoursite.com/installation and start restoring your site.
