#31514 – Invalid Kickstart Professional version on my desktop

On my desktop I have Kickstart Professional v4.0.0 and I can download this version.
I know that now there is a newer version of Kickstart Pro but I can only download it from the main menu and there is a newer Pro version.
It's a bit of a nuisance, can you do something about it?

I am not sure what you mean. It has always been the case that you can only download Akeeba Kickstart from our site’s Download section.

Maybe I'll write what I'm doing.
- I log on to your website.
- I go to the my subscriptions tab
- scroll the page to the very bottom
in this part of the bottom I have written down all the products that I have bought and I download them from here.
Unfortunately, there is version 4.0.0 at Kickstart Professional
This is not the current version.

whereas if I pass on your side
products -> Kiskstart I can download the pro version in v 6.0.1

I hope that you understand me now.
