Wordpress restore
successful restore then sticks on the CLEANUP page...any ideas or can i cleanup manually?

dlb
When the Cleanup step gets stuck it is usually caused by a permissions problem. At that point, it is easy to manually finish the restore process:
  1. Delete kickstart.php (and any language ini files that were copied along with it)
  2. Delete the backup archive
  3. Delete the folder /installation and its contents
  4. If there is an htaccess.bak file in the root of your site, rename it to .htaccess - the .htaccess file is renamed because it may interfere with the restore process
Now your restore process is complete.
