Hi I was looking at my log files today as I had another one generate 1.5 gigs so I was looking at other ones and noticed this on for a WP SITE

Just asking this - if the log files are constantly updating - would you know if that would SLOW the server down meaning Hi server loads?

As over the past 1 day my server went from say .3 average to .7

As most of my site I have

 

Error Reporting

System Default -

 

Would that issue affect it if its set to NONE?

 

Way above my pay grade

 

I will update all my sites

It should not slow down the server. Writing a few bytes of data per request is not all that taxing.

You can of course set the error reporting to None. Whether that would help depends on the server configuration.
