Working hours: Typically we work Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm Cyprus timezone (EEST). Support is provided by the same developers writing the software, all of which live in Europe. We cannot respond to tickets outside of our working hours.

Upcoming unavailability: Our support services and our offices will remain closed from August 11, 2017 19:00 EEST to August 21st, 2017 09:00 EEST due to summer holidays and our observing of the religious holiday Assumption of Mary / Dormition of the Theotokos.
