I start to receive from 2 WP site, warning emails coming from Akeeba Admin, not sure what it mean?

address on record on your WordPress user profile every time you take an
administrative action which could accidentally lock you out of your site.
It is not sent to any other users of your site.

If you no longer wish to receive these emails please log into your site's
administrator area and go to Admin Tools for WordPress, Web Application
Firewall, Configure WAF and click on the Customisation tab. Find the
“Send troubleshooting email on administrative functions” and set it to
No.
