Hello

Today I've just installed for the absolute first time
com_admintools-2.1.14-pro.zip
on a 4 languages new site with akeeba core 3.3.10

I received the following message from the installer:

Installing component was successful.

I just want to know if it is a low risk error
and if I can quickly fix it by manually upload related files

Thanks

update

I checked the tmp directory
and the "install_4f0ab31470b3e" folder among the others older
is missing (deleted).

Ignore the message, it is just a missing translation file, nothing which affects the functionality of the software.

Regarding the missing directory, it is normal. When you install a component, this is what happens: -PHP uploads the archive to a temporary directory -Joomla! copies it into the tmp directory -Joomla! extracts it to a temporary subdirectory inside the tmp directory, named instal_(random numbers and letters here) -Joomla! executes the database installation (SQL) script -Joomla! copies around files -Joomla! deletes the temporary subdirectory. The error (actually it is a warning) message you got happens during the "copy files around" step. Joomla! completed the file copy and deleted the temporary directory, hence you don't see that directory anymore. It's all part of the normal extension installation procedure.
