Joomla! version: 2.5.0 and 2.5.1
PHP version: 5.2.17
MySQL version: mysqli 5.1.60
Host: (optional, but it helps us help you)
Admin Tools version: 2.2.a2, 2.2.a3

Description of my issue: Hello Nicholas, its not really an issue, more a question or to give you some test-infos:
I have several Joomlas updated the last days from 1.7.x to 2.5.0 and further 2.5.1. On the way I saw in 2.5.0 installations with AT 2.2.a2 missing AT-Joomla-update Icons (cpanel). Not on all. So I upgraded further to AT 2.2.a3 and j 2.5.1 (on another joomla I upgraded first to j 2.5.1 and after AT) - but however I was not able to bring back the AT-update icon on all installations. The admin-module for the icon is there in joomla and activated, on all installations, but on some the icon doesnt show up. No matter if joomla 2.5.0 or 2.5.1, no matter if AT 2.2.a2 or 2.2.a3
I noticed also your new Changelog from 2.2.a3, where you describe the issue "The Joomla! update notification icon did not show on Joomla! 2.5.0 due to differences in Joomla's HTML markup" - and in your tutorial you advise to not uninstall AT. I didnt. I reverted AT back to last stable, upgraded again to 2.2.a3, no chance. Module is there and activated; still no Icon in cpanel. Curious.
Thank you & best regards
Johannes

Update - problem solved: the position in the module was "cpanel" - I changed it to "icon" - now it works. That was it. (I noticed it first as I wrote the ticket above). Sorry & Thanks!

Please close ticket.

Best regards,
Johannes

You're right, in Joomla! 2.5 and later the positions has to be "icon", in previous versions it has to be "cpanel". I'll be changing that in future releases.
