Joomla! version: 2.5.6
PHP version: 5.3.10
MySQL version: (unknown)
Host: (optional, but it helps us help you)
Admin Tools version: 2.2.8
Description of my issue:
Hi
I bought a subscription, installed core Admin tools (I couldn't find any pro version to download?) I put in my subscription code, I am still seeing 'you need to specify your download ID..." message. I can't find out if I am running pro or not?

How do I know?

When I click on Follow our Instructions link (also in the knowledge base) it goes to a nearly blank page with instructions for submitting a ticket?

For your information, the location of the Professional version's downloads as well as download and installation instructions can be found in our Instructions page.

How do you know if you have Core or Professional? Go to your site's back-end and go to Components, Admin Tools. Does it read "Admin Tools Core" or "Admin Tools Professional"? If it's reading Core you have the wrong version.

In order to upgrade Core to Professional you have to do this. First come to AkeebaBackup.com and make sure you are logged in. Then go to Download, Admin Tools from the top menu. Click on the latest release (listed on the top of the page). In the new page you will see the available downloads for the release. The item at the top of the page reads Admin Tools Professional. Click on it to download the installation ZIP file. Now go back to your site and click on Extensions, Manage Extensions. Use the Browse button to locate the installation ZIP file and click on Update and Install. Then go back to Extensions, Manage Extensions and perform the same installation procedure a second time. It is of paramount importance that you perform the installation TWICE. Do not uninstall before each of the installations.

If you already have Admin Tools Professional and are still getting the yellow banner, you have entered the wrong Download ID. Please follow our instructions to enter the correct Download ID. If you did and still get the yellow banner, you have most likely missed a digit or inserted a space before or after the Download ID. Please go to the Options page of the component, delete the Download ID and type it in instead of copying and pasting it.
