Your host is a dangerous idiot. If you would take about 30 seconds to take a look in the file he would have seen that it is not a hacking script. It is the exact opposite. It is part of our software's security scanning engine. This is why it contains all the signatures of known hacking scripts. If doesn't know the signatures it cannot that take this kind of software, right? It is understandable that your host might throw a false positive on this file. That said, versions of our software is containing this file have been around for over a year. Even a complete moron would have figured out by now that this file is a false positive and would have added an exception for it. And under no circumstance should a host ever automatically disable a user's website without prior notice. For this reasons, I recommend immediately moving your site to different and decent hosting environment.

In any case, a host suspending an account over a false positive that's trivial to prevent shows a complete lack of understanding over what they're doing. I've seen how a host that cares about its customers operates. When the same file is detected in many accounts it has to be analysed by a human before further action is taken. And suspending an account only comes after a warning, not out of the blue. What the host did is like gunning down everyone they think "looks suspicious". I've seen that before and it's definitely not making any sense.
