Description of my issue:
Installed Admin Tools today and was going through the set-up documentation. Shortly after running fix permissions all access to the back end started displaying the following 403 error:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /administrator/ on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I have tried reseting .htaccess and .htpasswd in the administrator directory as well as changing main.php to main-disabled.php with no effect and have been unable to find a 403 related ticket that is similar to what I am experiencing.
