Description of my issue:

I have made a backup of the site that had to be migrated to an other hosting company with Akeeba Backup.
After installation I wanted to go to the administrator back-end. But the secret URL returns a 500 Internal Server Error. How can this be solved?

Remove both the .htaccess and .htpasswd files. If you do not see those files, create two empty text files in your computer, rename them to .htaccess and .htpasswd and upload them.

This was the trick.
