Description of my issue:
I have added 2 redirects for /home and /news for www.nfm.org.uk as these are used widely across many partner sites for some reason. I followed the instructions on your site and double checked them but I still get the 500 Internal Server page.

e.g. http://www.nfm,org.uk/home should redirect to our home page so I added /home in the first field and http://www.nfm,org.uk in the second. I checked that the rule is published.

Have I missed something?

Hi, thanks for the quick response. I have edited the configuration.php as suggested but there is no change. I am still getting 500 error.

One step I have noticed that I missed was to enable "Use URL rewriting". I tried this and got a 500 error on anything other than the home page even after rebuilding the .htaccess file.

Tried your suggestion - no difference to last status above.
