Description of my issue:

Hi, i have a error and i can fix it:
i CAN upload .pdfs without problem, but i CAN'T visualize because when i type the URL or make a weblink, appears they message "ERROR SERVER - 500 Internal server error"

All the file i upload get with 666 permission or everyone CANT NOT READ, so i have to go one by one and change permissions to 774 or everyone READ

This happen since i update this tools:
Joomla 2.5.14
Admintools of Akeeba backup
RSFirewall of rsjoomla

any help will be aprecciated

Hello Alejandro,

if you change permissions you can access your files?
If so, this is a permissions problem, you have to contact you tech support since they messed up groups and users.
This is a server configuration error, we can do very much; there are a couple of workarounds, but they will help you to mitigate the problem, not to solve it.
