Mandatory information about my setup:

Have I read the related troubleshooter articles above before posting (which pages?)? yes -
Admin Tools' Web Application Firewall (WAF) locked you out of your site
Have I searched the tickets before posting? yes
Have I read the documentation before posting (which pages?)? yes - above
Joomla! version: Joomla! 2.5.14
PHP version: 5.3.27
MySQL version: 5.5.30-cll
Host: inmotionhosting.com
Admin Tools version: 2.5.8

Description of my issue:
My internet provider recently changes my IP address. I can not login without disabling the main.php. Get the "spammer bad person line".
Checked - WAF/never block these ip's (my new inserted and removed old), Site Blacklist - removed no longer there, Security Exception Log - not there, checked php myadmin - _admintools_ipblock and ipautoban - not there, cleared browser cache and history, cleared site cache.

Username and password did not change.

Running out of options?? What might I be missing please.

Do you have any GeoIP bans? That's the only thing I can think of that you didn't mention.

Hello Dale,

Yes. But not for North or South America. My IP also reads from my current US town location. I clicked on the 'update GeoIP.dat' button. - No change.

.htaccess Maker is running. Is there something there needing deleted and redone??

.htaccess Maker has a couple of spots where it can affect a URL, but I don't see anywhere that it uses an IP address. The exception would be a custom rule, you could put anything in there.

The only thing I see that may still be blocking IPs is the GeoIP block. Please go to http://www.maxmind.com and test your IP to see where if falls in the database.

Did you add your new IP to the Administrator IP Whitelist?

Dale
