To reach the frontend I don't need the index.php, Strangely, only when I will acces the backend.

This all comes down to server setup which is beyond our, or your, control. It has to do with how your host is setting up the server. And don't think that the server setup is something static. It's changing frequently and, usually, transparently to you.

All you need to know is that you have to add index.php to the URL to access your site's back-end. That's the end of the story.
