A yearly subscription to Admin Tools Professional, of course. You bought exactly what our pages were telling you you are about to buy. I don't understand how could anyone be possibly confused?

I was confused because after payment the download link was no-where to be seen. I don't make a habit of raising support tickets if something is blatantly obvious.

OK and sorry if I seemed to be rude. It was a genuine question, thinking that maybe you were mislead into buying what you did not intend do or for strange reason the description of the subscription never showed up (it has never happened, but there's always a first time for everything).

After the purchase you were sent an e-mail with download instructions. Depending on the payment method you chose you may have seen the same instructions in the page after the completion of the purchase. The same instructions can also be accessed from our site: first make sure you are logged in and then go to the My, Instructions item from the top menu. Click on "Where are my downloads?" and you'll get instructions and direct links tailored to the subscription you've bought.

Finally, please note that all our downloads are accessible under the Download item at the top menu of every page of our software. You just have to choose the software and version. The Professional version is listed on the download page as long as you are logged in.

Support Information

Working hours: We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm Cyprus timezone (EET / EEST). Support is provided by the same developers writing the software, all of which live in Europe. You can still file tickets outside of our working hours, but we cannot respond to them until we're back at the office.
