Joomla! version: 3.1.5
PHP version: 5.3.27
MySQL version: 5.1.70-cll
Host: (optional, but it helps us help you)
Admin Tools version: 2.5.8

Description of my issue:

After activating the Combine JavaScript and CSS options there is a generated .css and a .js file in my cache folder, but they both are blank. When I choose the "Direct" option, Google dev tools tells me the files or not accessible (403). I've read a previous ticket about this problem and already tried the following things:

- Ordering the System - Admin Tools plugin as first
- Try another template (Beez 3)
- Give the cache folder and all files in it CHMOD 777

What I noticed is that all the css and js files are still loaded next to the combined file.

It seems that there is another plugin which modifies the page output before our plugin has the chance to perform the media (CSS, JS) files combination. Unfortunately the CSS and JS combination cannot work under this configuration.
