As per our compatibility page there are four versions, depending on your Joomla! version:
Admin Tools 2.2.10 for Joomla! 1.5.15 or later
Admin Tools 2.1.14 for Joomla! 1.6.x
Admin Tools 2.2.a3 for Joomla! 1.7.x
Admin Tools 2.4.4 for Joomla! 2.5.x
Please note that old versions are there for your convenience but are not supported. In fact we strongly recommend that you immediately upgrade to PHP 5.4. PHP 5.2 is end of life since January 2011 (almost three years now) and PHP 5.3 is now becoming end of life. End of life versions of PHP do not receive bug and security fixes. The longer you use them the more likely it is that you can be hacked due to their unfixed security issues.
