Mandatory information about my setup:

Have I read the related troubleshooter articles above before posting (which pages?)? Yes
Have I searched the tickets before posting? Yes
Have I read the documentation before posting (which pages?)? Yes
Joomla! version: 1.5.26
PHP version: (unknown)
MySQL version: (unknown)
Host: nasaacertified.com.au
Admin Tools version: 2.2.10

Description of my issue:

I have installed Rapid Contact EX form on my clients new website aswell as Admin tools.

When you navigate to the page for contact : http://nasaacertified.com.au/index.php/contact

It asks for permissions, is this related to the firewall from Admin tools?

I tried to add the php file in the htaccess maker.

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards,
Nath

You are on the right track with adding the file to .htaccess Maker, but you have not identified all the files that are called directly in that extension. You can continue to troubleshoot individual files or you can add the enitre folder as an exception in .htaccess Maker.
