 Hi,

I have been receiving lots (more than 200 in last 3 days) of Security Exceptions since a couple of days, all of them come from diferrent IP but all with same bots

all generating this "Template = in URL"

Not sure if I have to block them in tha black list ?

Take a look in out documentation to understand what this is, then enable the Allow site templates option after reading about what it does, why you need it and why it applies to your case. FYI this is one of the most frequently asked questions regarding Admin Tools, there are dozens of public tickets about it and this is what I always recommend our users to do.
