 Hello,

Site IP blacklist feature does not work in Admin tools .
I tried to dig on more on it and found that rackspace cloud site has different method, which they have posted in this article - of there own environment variable called X-Cluster-Client-Ip

http://www.rackspace.com/knowledge_center/frequently-asked-question/how-do-i-deny-certain-ip-addresses-from-accessing-my-site-on-cloud-sites

could you suggest for a way, to have this ip block feature work with rackspace cloud site - by a hack of codes in the file & lines responsible for creating ip block or if could attach the file with changes in codes - as theres a probability that i may mess it around.

thanks

nicholas

The standard HTTP header for passing the IP address of the client to the web server is the X-Forwarded-For. Please ask your host to use that standard HTTP header instead of the arbitrary X-Cluster-Client-Ip. We already support the web standards. We can't support every arbitrary header out there, it would make our code impossible to maintain.
