Hi, when try login in fronted get 403. When disable System - Admin Tools plugin, everything is ok?

403 errors are more common with .htaccess Maker. Are you only disabling the Admin Tools plugin or are you also restoring a backup .htaccess file?

I had to sit and stare at this one for a little while. You are trying to log in to the front end with a Super Administrator user. Log in to the back end, go to Admin Tools, Web Application Firewall, Configure WAF, to the Joomla! Feature Hardening Options section and change the Forbid front-end Super Administrator login setting to "No". That should do it.
