Have recently uploaded this onto a site which had been hacked and went through the documentation to set-it up correctly. Client at the same time was trying to get into the site and so was inadvertently blocked for 30 days. I've changed that setting to 1 hour and added their IP address into the white list and also added that this address must never be blocked. But the client cannot view the site at all from that IP address even with me lifting other security restrictions to gain them access.
Please advise and be gentle as I'm new to Admin Tools!!
Thanks
Louise

  1. Let's search the WAF Security Log for your client's IP address.
  2. Before we go any farther, why is your client being denied access?
  3. Delete the records of your client's IP from the log.
I think what is happening is that your client's IP address is in the Security Log and he's still getting auto-banned for past transgressions. When we clear the log, it should fix the problem.
