Hi Nick,

We are having two issues with WAF in Admin Tools Pro on 1.5 joomla sites.

Static IPs added to Never block these IPs are still being logged in exceptions and blocked

They are also being blocked after only 2 attacks when we have set it to Auto Ban Repeat Offenders after 3 or 4 attacks

We have tested this on several j1.5 sites on different IP addresses with the same outcome. J2.5 sites work as expected ie "never block this IP" means those IPs aren't blocked and exceptions aren't logged

Why is this happening? Any advice or configuration changes to be able to use this on 1.5 sites? Until we can update all our 1.5 sites security is a big concern.

I'm sorry but you are using a very old version of Admin Tools and we can't give you any support for that.

Thank you for your reply.

We have used admin tools version 2.2.9 on a limited number of sites but are using 2.2.10 on the majority of our joomla 1.5 sites which is the most recent version of admin tools available for joomla 1.5.

We have the same issue with the Never block these IPs.

Can you offer any advice for the sites using 2.2.10 admin tools or is that version also unsupported?

We have quite a few customers that are still using joomla 1.5 and we expect the issue might not be unique to us.

Can you please paste here the content of Never block these IPs textbox?
It should be a comma separated list, maybe you have a typo?
