I am unable to get to the front end or back end administrator page for my website. Google cant find either page.

I did get an email with the following message: Security exception wad detected on your site: Reason: template= in URL. How can I get my website back online if I cant get to the administrator log in? Please help.

From your description, this does not sound like an Admin Tools problem. If you have just used the .htaccess Maker program in Admin Tools and are locked out because of that, the instructions for fixing the problem are here: https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/troubleshooter/athtaccess500.html.

If this is a WAF problem and you have been locked out, the instructions are here: https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/troubleshooter/atwafissues.html.

I'm not sure how I could have locked myself out of the site. I have not made any changes at all in weeks except add my email address to receive updates regarding security exceptions. Regardless of which computer I use I am not able to see the either the back end or front end.

I did block an IP address which is located in another country a few days ago, however I was able to login the backend even after that. I only started having problems today.

...I am not able to see the either the back end or front end.

What do you see? Are you getting an error of some kind? Are you getting the login screen for the back end? You can see what is happening, I can't. You are not giving me enough description that I can understand what is happening.

When I enter my sites address in the search bar (I tried in in Google Chrome ) I just see a blank screen with the following message: Oops! Google Chrome could not find www.starsoccersa.com. This happens both on the front end and when I try to get to the back end. My internet service is working fine and I am able to use the internet.

I have asked other coworkers to try to visit the site and they too are getting the same message. I thought it might have to do with Reason: template= in URL, however after reading the documentation, i'm not sure if that is it.

I'm getting a similar message from Firefox. Admin Tools can't make your site disappear. You would get a 404 or 403 or the "You are a spammer or bad person" message from Admin Tools. This looks like a hosting issue. Please check with your host to see if they have a server or nameserver problem.

Yes, I have received "You are a spammer or bad person" before. I did think it was odd that I was not getting any kind of error message. I will check with the hosting company, thank you.
