 Hi

After updating Admin Tools the form constructed using Breezing form now displays a 403 error message once the form is submitted.

: 403 - You've got to ask yourself one question: Do I feel lucky?

The link to the form is http://www.viewprotect.co.za/form/view/form

Any assistance is appreciated.

We'll have to do some troubleshooting.

First go to Admin Tools, Web Application Firewall, Configure WAF. Make sure "Log security exceptions" is set to Yes; if it's not, set it to Yes and click on Save. Now try reproducing your issue. Immediately after that, please go to Admin Tools, Web Application Firewall, Security Exceptions Log. The latest log entry at the top should have the date and time of when the issue occurred. Please copy the Reason and Target URL here so that we can further help you.

Hi,

I seem to be permanently locked out of my site now.

I have followed the instructions as laid out under the url:
https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/admin-tools/web-application-firewall.html#waf-configure
Help, I have been locked out of my site's administrator area!
But when I reinstate the name of the file to main.php, I am once again blocked.

Sorry for the late reply, it is a very busy month (we're preparing something new).

Regarding the forms issue, you need to go to Components, Admin Tools, Web Application Firewall, Configure WAF and set "CSRF/Anti-spam form protection (CSRFShield)" to "Basic". If this doesn't work it's best to set this feature to "No".
